The Best Technology

To give you the very best indoor air quality inspection, Kip relies upon top-notch technology. You may see him use any of the following during your inspection:

Zefon Bio-Pump® Plus Air Sampling Pump

We monitor and sample indoor air quality with the industry’s smallest, lightest, and easiest to use air pump.

Thermal Imaging

When it comes to finding mold, thermal imaging can’t be beat! This device actually checks inside your walls for any leaks, which helps us determine where mold could be.

Sun Nuclear Radon Sentinel© Continuous Radon Monitors (1028 & 1030)

We take radon seriously, and that’s why we use serious technology to root it out. With the 1028 and 1030 Continuous Radon Monitors, we’re able to test your indoor air for the presence of any radon.

Gas Leak Detector

This device finds minor gas leaks coming from hot water heaters and other gas-powered appliances.

Digital Hygrometer Unit

With this unit, we’re able to determine the relative humidity, temperature, and dew point of your indoor air.

Carbon Monoxide Detector

Another piece of the indoor air quality puzzle is carbon monoxide. With this detector, we’ll find out if there’s carbon monoxide in your business or home.

Moisture Meter

To compliment our thermal imaging technology, we also utilize a moisture meter. This device finds moisture accumulations in the home, which also helps us find mold.
